If a product you have purchased through bourgoyne.com is not to your satisfaction, we will make every effort to provide you with a replacement that exceeds your expectations. If you choose to purchase our skincare please be aware that we do not offer monetary refunds and/or returns. Exchanges
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@bourgoyne.com.
